It is free, from the Holy Spirit. This really helps you from pit falls.  Take advantage of it.  Discernment is not to share with everyone what you know but to teach you how to posture yourself and handle yourself wisely around other people and other things.

Begin your day with Him and end your day with Him. 

Let go of your burden.  Let Him handle.  If you do not let go He can’t fight for you.  He is your burden-bearer.  Start your day by committing yourself and things concern you and end your day likewise.  When you commit to Him, He will be committed to you.  Do not be afraid to be who you are.  He is connected to you just as you are.
